Here is where I must take a more serious tone and use semi-legalese. Ahem . . .

Prices are in US dollars and shipping is included. Sales tax is added to orders shipped within Texas. The quoted price and/or availability of a photograph is subject to change without prior notification. Prices for limited edition photographs may increase as the edition sells.

All print orders require payment in full at the time an order is placed. Print fulfillment will be scheduled when full payment is received.

Your information is secure. This website uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remains private.

Delivery & Shipping

In-transit insurance is provided for all orders. For returns, the client must pay for the insurance.

Printing is done to order and orders are shipped within 2-5 business days for 11″ x 14″ and 17″ x 22″ prints. Print orders are shipped in stay-flat mailers with USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number.

Special orders for larger works are at additional cost. Shipping is not included in the price and is calculated based on size and weight at time of purchase. I take care and time in packaging all pieces of artwork and offer you the lowest shipping charge I can in each case. Special orders may take two-six weeks to ship.

Refund Policy—Money Back Guarantee

If you wish to return your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt. I will issue refunds or store credit for products returned, less a 5% transaction fee, and less any shipping charge for special orders for products returned in the original packaging AND if received in sale-able condition. You are responsible for adequately insuring the item when you ship it back. Any refund will be in the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Damage

At delivery you must inspect the package for visible damage and note any damages on the carriers’ delivery receipt. In the rare instance of damage, I recommend you immediately follow these instructions:

  1. Within 48 hours of delivery you must contact me by email at shannon@shannon.photos with a brief explanation of the damage. Please attach photographs of the damaged (items) and the packing materials. This information is required for insurance claims. Unless reported within 48 hours of delivery, damaged items will not be accepted for return or credit.
  2. Retain all packaging materials. Do not throw away anything.
  3. The carrier may request additional information for the insurance claim. Once all documentation has been received, it takes approximately two weeks for the shipping company to process the insurance claim.
  4. I will ship your replacement as soon as the carrier notifies me the insurance credit has been approved.
