Prices are in US dollars and shipping is included. Sales tax is added to orders shipped within Texas. The quoted price and/or availability of a photograph is subject to change without prior notification. Prices for limited edition photographs may increase as the edition sells.
All print orders require payment in full at the time an order is placed. Print fulfillment will be scheduled when full payment is received.
Your information is secure. This website uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remains private.
Delivery & Shipping
Printing is done to order and orders are shipped within 2-5 days for 11″ x 14″ and 17″ x 22″ prints.
Special orders for larger prints are at additional cost and may take three weeks to ship.
Orders are insured and shipped USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number.
Refund Policy — Money Back Guarantee
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and choose to return it, I will issue a refund.
This money back guarantee is subject to the following terms, conditions, and exceptions:
- Special orders (prints larger than 17″ x 22″) and prints from The Pollinators Project are non-refundable.
- You must contact me within 14 days of your receipt of the item(s) to receive return/exchange authorization and instructions. If I receive any returns without prior authorization I will refuse the shipment and your item(s) will be sent back to you. The print must be returned to me within 30 days of its original ship date. This money back guarantee requires that the photograph is returned in its original packaging in the original condition. I reserve the right to return without refund any print that is damaged or to reduce the refund to compensate for the damage. If I decide to take this action, I will contact you to discuss the options.
- All orders are insured during shipment. If your purchase arrives damaged (was damaged during shipping to you) you must contact me within three (3) days of the delivery date so that I can start the insurance claim on time. I will arrange for and bear the cost of inspection and return shipment of the damaged item(s). After the inspection verifies that the damage occurred in transit to you, I will replace the damaged item at no additional cost to you. I do not offer refunds for items damaged in shipping.
- Any refund will be in the same form as used for the original purchase.
You are responsible for meeting the conditions and time constraints outlined above.
